Available Positions

Qualifications & Requirements:

General Qualifications:

A love for God and a passion for working with children
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to design engaging, Christ-centered lessons and activities
Commitment to the mission and values of HCYDC

Position-Specific Requirements:

Administrator: Associate’s degree or higher + 3 years of experience in Early Learning
Teachers & Assistant Teachers: CDA or college degree required
- Must have TEC1 and TEC2 certifications or be actively pursuing a CDA
Interns: Must be at least 16 years old with an interest in childcare
